Tactical Medical Wing Awards Presentation

On the 21st October Chief of Staff Support, Air Vice-Marshal Kurth, paid a visit to RAF Lyneham to see and hear first hand the current Engineering, Logistics and C4I issues. The visit also provided the opportunity to formally present two awards to TMW personnel.

In addition to holding responsibility for the Service's A4, A6 and support functions, Air Vice-Marshal Kurth commands all the Air Combat Service Support Units (ACSSU). As their AOC, he proudly presented two recent awards to TMW:

The CinC Team Award was presented to Sqn Ldr Swain and WO Leivers on behalf of the Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron.

The CinC Commendation was presented to Sgt Dave Ford, SNCO Medical and Dental Servicing Sqn
