PMRAFNS Golf Championships 2009

The PMRAFNS Golf Championships took place at Princess Risborough Golf Club on 11th June 2009. After the AGM of the Golf Society and the usual vetting of handicaps. The day started in earnest.

The mornings competition took the form of a Texas Scramble, followed by lunch and a review of performances, before the main Stapleford Completion in the afternoon. The Reid Cup being presented to Cpl Kelly Armstrong , with Sqn Ldr Lesley Adcock runner up for the ladies. The men's trophy being won by WO Alex Leivers with FS Rob Morris a very close second. Gp Capt Gross DNS(RAF) presented the trophies to the days winners following, close scrutiny of the results, and dinner.

The day while a competition is designed for golfers of all standards. Next years competition dates will be announced in the New Year
